Its like living in a hotel where everything is accessible from dining, seeing a movie, to freeway accessibility. The people are very friendly and the staff is too.

This is the best apartment in Renton.

Most of the time it is quiet and the people are friendly. It has been a perfect place for me to live and commute in to Seattle University. As a retiree, I find it convenient and accommodating!

The living standards are really nice and selective.

I love my apartment and the area in which I live. The only downfall for me is the neighbor upstairs doesn't sleep, is very heavy footed, moves furniture constantly and does laundry at all hours of the day and night and it doesn't seem as if anything can or will be done about it. If it weren't for that particular neighbor I would recommend anyone live here. The grounds are nice, the amenities are great, the staff is pleasant to deal with and the homes are pretty and well laid out.

good neighborhood, great location, clean and well equipped, love the apartment, love the hot tub!!!!! go there every evening, the gym is good little problems with the treadmills , good coffee and tea if i could find cups!? over all 90%happy with everything.

I have recommended this place to many people. The location is fabulous with the access to shopping, dining, banking, entertainment and restaurants.The security is good and if you have a problem maintenance is quick. Office staff is friendly and helpful.

It's expensive but comfortable, convenient and secure. I don't hear my neighbors much at all except during the summer when all my windows/ doors are open. Insulation is good, heating bills are low.
